No return only size and color can be exchanged subject to availability
Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
Tags and labels must be intact for exchange.
The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 0300-0400101 within 10-15 days.
Product purchased on sale/Promotion can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the availability.
Exchange and refund is not offered for international orders.
Online ordered products can be exchanged at any FLOW.
Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
